Account Settings
Manage your profile, security, and preferences.
Accessing Settings
Section titled “Accessing Settings”Click your avatar or profile icon in the top navigation bar, then select Settings.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”- Display name — how you appear on the platform
- Email address — your login email (verified)
- Avatar — upload or change your profile picture
Security
Section titled “Security”Password
Section titled “Password”- Change your password from the security section
- Use a strong password (8+ characters, mix of letters/numbers/symbols)
Connected Wallet
Section titled “Connected Wallet”- View your connected wallet address
- Disconnect wallet if needed
- Connect a different wallet
Session Management
Section titled “Session Management”- View active sessions
- Sign out of all devices
Verification Status
Section titled “Verification Status”View your current KYC/KYB status:
- Approved — full access to all features
- Pending — under review
- Rejected — resubmit documents
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”Balance Visibility
Section titled “Balance Visibility”- Toggle to show/hide portfolio balances
- Persists across sessions and devices
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”- Email notifications for verification updates
- Portfolio alerts and recommendations
Language
Section titled “Language”- Switch between available languages
- Language preference saved to your account
Deleting Your Account
Section titled “Deleting Your Account”To request account deletion:
- Contact support at dev@shiru.io
- Provide your registered email
- Account and data will be removed per our privacy policy
Note: Disconnecting your wallet before deletion is recommended. Your on-chain assets are never affected by account changes.
